How does degas mode work. To degas the solution we simply turn the ultrasonic cleaning system on with the new cleaner in the tank without any parts and run it through a complete cleaning cycle. Before the start of each working day it is best to degas the liquid in your ultrasonic cleaner tank. You ll get your degassing done more quickly.

If an ultrasonic cleaner does not have a degas feature each time the tank is filled with fresh solution the degassing effect can add 30 minutes or more to the cleaning cycle. The time needed to degas the bath depends on the quantity and hardness of the bath. In general the time needed to completely degas the bath is between 10 and 30 minutes.

Our system features a fast degas feature at the start of the ultrasonic. If you have a digital ultrasonic cleaner you most likely have a special degas mode included. To degas the cleaning bath run the cleaner and increase the temperature before putting the items in the tank. Adding a little heat where possible will speed up the process and remove the gasses more thoroughly and completely.
